I have always enjoyed being outdoors taking in the sky, clouds and green grass. As I grew up, I found myself drawn to gardening and mowing the grass. Nature, especially the ocean, has always given me such pleasure and indescribable serenity. Though I suffered from depression and anxiety, nature gifted me moments of peace and glimpses of  beauty that reminded me I was still alive.  

 

My personal journey of self-discovery, though difficult, lead to a turning point that awaken a change in perspective and a sense of purpose. I discovered artistic creativity to be a visual translation of  feelings, and a pathway to healing.  My artistic niche lies in capturing the essence of human emotions by translating feeling into form, color and texture conveying mood and energy of an emotional state.  Thereby expressing what words often cannot, allowing viewers to connect on a deeply personal level.
